Cancellation or exchange

If you don't like a piece of jewelry or it doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily cancel, return or exchange it within 14 days.

Should the piece of jewelry not fit you, we also offer to adjust it to your wrist or finger. We charge between €10 and €15 plus shipping costs for this, depending on the type, complexity, and extent of the alteration. Since we handcraft our jewelry here, this is no problem.

You can also initiate the cancellation via your customer account ; this is usually the easiest way.

Even though this seems to be changing with some large mail-order companies, many businesses still offer free shipping and free returns these days.

However, we believe that such offers promote a system that doesn't reflect the value of our handcrafted work. We see ourselves as a manufactory that doesn't thrive on mass sales, but rather on producing special products into which considerable effort, love, and handcraft are invested. Therefore, we don't support orders for multiple items and ask you to carefully consider what you truly want to order and keep.

Ultimately, it's real people who create your piece of jewelry after you place your order. These items are lovingly packaged, shipped around the world, and delivered by people. Therefore, I cannot offer you a prepaid return label. I ask for your understanding that you will need to arrange the return shipping yourself.

We strongly recommend choosing insured shipping, as we will not issue refunds or exchanges for undelivered shipments. In the event of loss, which is not uncommon, your shipping provider's transport insurance will then provide reliable coverage.
