How long does a delivery usually take?

We always strive to hand your order over to the shipping provider no later than the day after you place it. During periods of high order volume or special promotions in the shop, delivery times may be extended by a few days. Should a delivery take significantly longer, we will contact you and inform you of an estimated delivery date. Please note that international shipping sometimes takes a few extra days and that we have no control over the final delivery time.

What should I do if my wrist is narrower or wider than standard?

Because we manufacture your boho jewelry ourselves, we can easily accommodate your desired size. If you are sure of your size, you can specify it as a comment with your order (at the end of the ordering process) (for example, your wrist circumference in cm for bracelets, your ring size for rings, or the total length for necklaces).

How can I best care for my jewelry?

Our jewelry is made from a variety of materials. To ensure your piece lasts a long time, we've compiled care instructions on our website. Generally speaking, our boho jewelry requires careful handling: Remove your bracelet before showering or bathing (especially in the sea). Store your boho jewelry individually (ideally in the provided jewelry box), away from sunlight, and avoid contact with other objects to prevent scratches. Pay particular attention to the wooden beads. They are dyed especially for you with natural colors using a very gentle process and are, in most cases, untreated. This gives them a deliberately vintage look, but it also means that the beads are more delicate than lacquered or chemically treated beads. Contact with water, as well as perspiration, perfume, hand creams, and body lotions, can cause the beads to fade more than usual.
