Delivery times and shipping
Shipment
You can pay for your order in our online shop via Shopify Payments using your choice of prepayment, Klarna, PayPal, or major credit cards. If you choose prepayment, we will send you an order confirmation with an overview of the ordered items, along with our bank details, and ship the items after receiving your payment. For other payment methods, payment is processed immediately after placing your order. Goods are usually shipped 1-3 days after we receive your order. Should it take significantly longer, we will contact you to provide a new shipping date.Shipping within Germany
For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order. Orders over €99 ship free within Germany. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days.Shipping and customs clearance Switzerland

For shipping to Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of €18.00 per order for shipping costs.
Customs import regulations
In accordance with the Federal Act of 20 June 1933 on the control of trade in precious metals and precious metal goods (SR 941.31), a responsibility mark was registered for our company.
This responsibility mark confirms the authenticity of our sterling silver jewelry (sterling silver, sterling silver gold-plated or rose gold-plated) and may therefore be officially imported into Switzerland with appropriate marking.
Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes and/or duties, such as customs fees or charges, may apply, which you are responsible for paying. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with information about the amount of these charges in advance.
International shipping
We ship to the countries listed below as standard.EU countries
For shipping to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus, we charge a flat rate of 11.90 euros.
Other (non-EU) countries
If you require shipping to a different country, please contact us by email. We will then promptly inform you whether we can ship to the desired country and what the shipping costs would be. Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes and/or duties, such as customs fees or other charges, may apply, which you are responsible for paying. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with information about these costs in advance.
