Shipping policy

Delivery

You can pay for your order in the online shop via Shopify Payments using either prepayment, Klarna, PayPal or major credit cards. If you choose prepayment, we will provide you with our bank details in an order confirmation, along with an overview of the items ordered, and will dispatch the items once payment has been received. If you choose any of the other payment methods, payment for the items will be processed immediately after the ordering process. Goods are usually dispatched 1–3 days after receipt of the order. Should it take significantly longer, we will contact you and inform you of a new dispatch date.

Shipping within Germany

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order. For orders with a gross value of €99 or more, we offer free shipping within Germany. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.

Shipping and customs clearance for Switzerland

Shipping costs

For shipping to Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of €18.00 per order.

Customs import regulations

In accordance with the Federal Act of 20 June 1933 on the Control of Trade in Precious Metals and Precious Metal Articles (SR 941.31), a responsibility mark has been registered for our company.

This hallmark confirms the authenticity of our sterling silver jewellery (sterling silver, gold-plated sterling silver or rose gold-plated sterling silver) and may therefore be officially imported into Switzerland with the appropriate marking.

Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes and/or duties, such as customs duties or fees, may apply, which are to be borne by you. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with any information regarding the amount of these charges in advance.

International shipping

We ship to the countries listed below as standard.

EU countries

For shipments to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus, we charge a flat rate of €11.90 for shipping.

Other (non-EU) countries

If you require delivery to another country, please contact us by email. We will then inform you promptly whether we can ship to the desired country and what shipping costs will apply. Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes and/or duties, such as customs duties or fees, may apply, which are to be borne by you. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with any information regarding the amount of these charges in advance.

Delivery times

As a rule, the items you have ordered are dispatched within 1–3 working days via our parcel delivery service provider, DHL. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery of your parcel. Please note that international shipping takes a few days longer than within Germany and that we have no influence over the final delivery time.
